The American Precision Museum is a private, non-profit organization, and your purchase supports our education programs, exhibits, and collections care.

Every attempt will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 week to process orders when the museum is open and 2 weeks when exhibits are closed to the public.
The museum uses the USPS Priority Mail service (2-day delivery in most cases), and will apply a shipping and handling fee calculated as 1/3 of the total purchase amount. Members receive a 10% shop discount and any adjustments will be taken care of at the museum when your order is processed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only accept for refund or exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. However, if the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact the museum. Thank you for your support!
We ship only to the Continental United States unless special arrangements are made for shipping and handling by contacting the museum prior to purchase.
